By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.

(c) Payment Information. When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) collects your payment card details and billing address. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

(d) Communications. If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect the contents of your messages and any attachments you send.

(e) Waitlist and Early Access. If you join our waitlist or sign up for early access, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide in connection with that request.

(f) Feedback and Surveys. If you submit feedback, respond to surveys, or participate in research, we collect the information you provide.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically.

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

(a) Log Data. We collect information that your browser or device sends when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION.

2.1. Providing and Improving the Service.

(a) To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity;

(b) To process your transactions and fulfill your purchases;

(c) To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including our AI tools and features;

(d) To train, develop, enhance, and improve our AI models, algorithms, and related technology, using your Inputs and Outputs as described in our Terms of Use;

(a) To personalize your experience on the Service and deliver content relevant to your interests;

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.

3.1. Service Providers.

We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and content moderation. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

4. DATA RETENTION.

Note that AI training data derived from your Inputs and Outputs may be retained in a de-identified or aggregated form as permitted under our Terms of Use.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES.

5.1. Account Information.

5.2. Marketing Communications.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email or by contacting us at contact@mirafield.ai. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as those related to your account or ongoing service transactions.

5.3. Cookies.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. See Section 6 for more details.

5.4. California Residents.

Mirafield is based in the United States. 11. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS AND YOUR CONTENT.

As described in our Terms of Use, Mirafield uses AI to generate Outputs based on your Inputs. You acknowledge that:

(a) Your Inputs and Outputs may be used to train, improve, and develop our AI models and related technologies, and for marketing and promotional purposes, as described in our Terms of Use.

(b) We may retain de-identified or aggregated versions of your Inputs and Outputs for research and development purposes even after account deletion.

(c) You should not include sensitive personal information (such as government-issued ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or passwords) in your Inputs, as this information may be processed and stored in connection with your use of the Service.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the updated Policy on the Service with a revised "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by sending you an email or displaying a prominent notice on the Service.
